John McCarthy - Chair Designate

Mr McCarthy brings a wealth of public sector experience to the Agency, having served as Secretary General of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (2014-2020) as well as having previous key roles within the Department of Social Protection and the Department of Finance. He currently holds a position on the Board of the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority.
