Paul O’Toole

Paul O’Toole is Chairperson of Grangegorman Development Agency since January 2020.  He is a former public servant with significant experience in the areas of education and training and also in tourism and hospitality. He was previously Chief Executive Officer (interim) at the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and Chief Executive Officer of SOLAS, the State body with responsibility for further education and training.  Paul was also Director General of FÁS, CEO of Tourism Ireland and a General Manager at Bord Fáilte.
