Grangegorman Playground
Overview
Grangegorman Playground, located near the Fingal Place pedestrian entrance into the Grangegorman site, is a community space designed for play. It features a variety of modern play equipment set on soft, child-friendly surfaces and sits adjacent to extensive sporting facilities, including grass pitches, synthetic playing fields, and multi-purpose courts.
Current status
The Grangegorman Playground will be temporarily closed in early January 2026 for approximately 6-8 weeks to facilitate the installation of an ability swing and resurfacing works. Please note that there will be vehicular traffic in this area to facilitate these works.
