NCR Carpark Access Route temporarily closed

Please note that remedial works in the NCR carpark and the replacement of HSE Primary Care Centre Hoarding will commence from Wednesday March 18th, 2026. These works will take approximately 2/3 weeks to complete and during this time the NCR Carpark access route to HSE Primary Care centre will be temporarily closed.

Visitors can access the HSE Primary Care Centre via the Orchard Terrace / Grangegorman Upper entrance.

Directions to HSE Primary Care:

• Exit the car park via the NCR (North Circular Road) Gate
• Turn right and walk west along NCR
• Turn left onto Orchard Terrace which joins with Grangegorman Road Upper
• The HSE Primary Care Centre will be on the right clearly marked with HSE signage.
