Culture Night Tours 2025

For Culture Night Dublin 2025, Grangegorman Histories is delighted to host free guided history walking tours of the Grangegorman site.

In the past 250 years, Grangegorman, on the northside of Dublin city centre, has been the site of a workhouse, a hospital, a prison and it is now integrating back into the city as a health, community and education campus for the HSE, TU Dublin and the local community. The historical buildings of Grangegorman stand as architectural monuments to its past and complex history. In this guided tour, we will explore the histories between the eleven protected structures and share some of those histories.

The tour will start outside the Clocktower building, and last approximately 60 minutes. There are a limited number of places available and registration is essential. Book early to avoid disappointment.
