Originally the location of 19th century farmhouse and out houses subsequently demolished circa 2013.

Grangegorman residential properties along Grangegorman Upper back onto the site.

The HSE Primary Care Centre, which was opened in November 2017, will be included in the Care Neighbourhood overall development though will remain physically as a standalone property.

St Elizabeth’s Court is an existing Mental Health facility on site run by the HSE. It will be incorporated into the new development.
