Historic Use 

Originally the location of 19th century farmhouse and out houses subsequently demolished circa 2013.


Grangegorman residential properties along Grangegorman Upper back onto the site.

The HSE Primary Care Centre, which was opened in November 2017, will be included in the Care Neighbourhood overall development though will remain physically as a standalone property.


The overall floor area will be circa 11,000 M2.

Current Use

Mostly fallow brownfield site.

St Elizabeth’s Court is an existing Mental Health facility on site run by the HSE. It will be incorporated into the new development.

95 bed Community Nursing Unit, 10 bed Mental Health Hostel, Day-care Centre, Admin Office Space , Pharmacy and underground Parking for 60 vehicles.
