John Paul Construction commencing works on site from 12th July.
The construction site will be located in the blue area marked above which is in the westernmost area of the Grangegorman site. The interim Energy Centre development includes connecting the district heating system to the new campus buildings prior to the next tranche of students arriving for September 2020.
One of the first works will be to realign the access route to Park Shopping Centre (Tescos etc.) to allow for development of this project. Access to the Park Shopping Centre will be maintained at all times.
