The Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht has published a discussion document for a new Policy on Architecture, aiming to put Society and People first. Five key themes are outlined in the Places for People document:
- designing for climate resilience and sustainability
- designing quality places for public benefit
- respecting our past, shaping our future
- leadership
- knowledge and innovation
