One of the great benefits of TU Dublin’s relocation to Grangegorman, the creation of student housing on site aims to provide 2,100 bed spaces for student accommodation over two phases in a number of buildings on site. They will offer a range of housing formats from 6-bed apartments to private studio/family units in order to provide lively and energetic places for both learning and living to suit all needs. The first phase will be located along what will be the Serpentine Walk with easy access to all areas of the TU Dublin campus.


Phase 1 comprises 1,200 bed spaces and is expected to be completed for Sept 2022
