The new Sports Centre will provide recreation opportunities for students and the local community as well as providing educational space for leisure-related programmes in TU Dublin. The two-level building will be located in a high profile space between the sports fields and the Academic Hub of the TU Dublin Campus. The nearest entrance will be the Prussia St Gate but it will be easily accessed from all areas of the college as the main paths through the college, St Brendan’s Way and the Serpentine pass right by it.
