‘…the lives we live’1 Grangegorman Public Art is very pleased to present ‘The Possibility of an Archive’ by the Irish artist Alan Phelan as part of the Grangegorman Culture Night and launch of the Grangegorman Art Strategy this Friday, 18th September.
Phelan’s site specific projection is a special commission arising from per cent for art as part of the redevelopment of this new urban quarter. The piece is a video projection onto an exterior stairwell of animated text that references the rich historical context of the site and can be viewed from 4.30pm – 9pm.
