The GDA is delighted to announce our appointment of OHL-Townlink Joint Venture Ltd as building contractor for Technological University Dublin’s Academic Hub and Library.
This landmark project will form the ‘Academic Heart’ of the Grangegorman site, as envisaged in the Grangegorman Masterplan.
Designed as a cluster of connected spaces which are gathered sensitively about the historic North House, it will deliver a centralised library at TU Dublin City Campus. Our multi-disciplinary Design Team is led by the award-winning @odonnell_tuomey Architects.
Construction will commence on site in the coming weeks.
