Two contracts were signed by the Grangegorman Development Agency recently which have brought a major escalation in construction activity to Grangegorman. On 20th November Roadbridge Ltd signed a contract for the Site Infrastructure and Public Realm project. This project will be officially launched by the Taoiseach Mr. Enda Kenny T.D.
On Tuesday 10th December the GDA officially signed contracts with JJ Rhatigan and Company for the Adaptive re-use of the Top House, one of the buildings which will accommodate the first 1,000 DIT students in Grangegorman in September 2014.
