The official contract signing for the refurbisment of the iconic Clock Tower Building on Grangegorman Lower took place today. Clancy Construction were the successful tenderer and they will prepare the old penitentiary buildling as the new home for the GDA and DIT. The Clock Tower building will eventually become part of the School of the Built Environment.
