On Wednesday 18th December 2013 the GDA signed its third contract in the space of one month, when Purcell Construction Limited were announced as the successful candidate to complete the Adaptive Re-use of a cluster of buildings in Grangegorman. These buildings will be prepared for the arrival of the first 1,000 DIT students in September.
