Two contractors were recently appointed to carry out the adaptation of several protected structures onsite. These buildings will accommodate the first 1,000 DIT students from this September.
As with all new contracts, the GDA will host an information evening for local residents here in the GDA offices. GDA staff and the contractors (JJ Rhatigan & Co. and Purcell Construction Ltd.) will be available on the ground floor of the GDA offices from 3.30pm to 7.30pm on Wednesday 5th February 2014 to discuss these contracts.
Please note that the entrance to the GDA offices is through the entrance to the Phoenix Care Centre on North Circular Road.
